Specific deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms will be governed by separate project agreements, proposals, or statements of work.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and project requirements

  • Supply necessary content, approvals, and assets in a timely manner

  • Obtain rights and permissions for materials provided to BMU

Delays in approvals or asset submission may impact timelines.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients retain ownership of materials supplied by them.

  • BMU retains ownership of concepts, methodologies, frameworks, and internal processes.

  • Final approved deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment of agreed fees.

BMU reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, presentations, social media, and promotional materials unless restricted through a written agreement.

AI-Assisted Creative Services

Certain services may involve the use of AI-assisted tools for ideation, content generation, visual creation, editing, or production workflows.

While every effort is made to ensure quality and originality, clients acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may require review, refinement, and approval before final use.

Payments

Payment schedules will be defined in individual project agreements.

Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or withholding of final deliverables until dues are cleared.

Limitation of Liability

BMU shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities

  • Platform changes by third-party providers

  • Performance fluctuations caused by external platforms or algorithms

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Platforms

Services involving platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, WordPress, Shopify, AI platforms, or other third-party services remain subject to those platforms’ terms and policies.

Confidentiality

BMU will treat confidential client information responsibly and will not disclose sensitive information without consent, except where required by law.
