The Customer Service Center for the Cameron County Regional Mobility Authority (CCRMA) in South Texas was designed to simplify toll account management for everyday users. The platform enables customers to securely access their accounts, monitor balances, recharge funds, review trip history, manage vehicles and tags, update contact information, and keep track of fines and account status.
We designed the complete user experience and interface for the portal, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and ease of use across desktop devices. From account sign-in and dashboard views to account management and transaction history, every interaction was structured to make complex account information simple and intuitive.
